Kestrel Point, Michigan · Established 2009
Three attorneys, one office on Main Street, and a short list of things we do well. Most people come to us in the middle of a hard month, so we keep the language plain and the fees on the table from the first meeting.

Consultations run 45 minutes, in the office or over the phone, and you leave knowing what the next step costs.

What we handle
Divorce, custody, parenting time and support, handled with as little heat as the situation allows.
Wills, trusts and the paperwork that keeps your family out of a courtroom later on.
Formation, contracts, leases and the ordinary questions that come up once you have employees.

How we work
A sit-down of about 45 minutes, in the office or by phone. You tell us what happened. We tell you what the law does with it, and what it is likely to cost.
You get the options in writing: what we would do first, what it costs, roughly how long it takes, and what could change that.
We do the work. Filings, drafting, negotiation, the phone calls nobody wants to make. You approve anything that goes out with your name on it.
Deeds recorded, judgments entered, documents signed and stored. We tell you when a matter is closed instead of letting it go quiet.
Who you will work with
Partner · Family law
Nora has spent her whole career in family court in this county. She is direct about what a case is worth and honest about what it will cost, and she would rather settle a matter in a conference room than argue it in front of a judge.
Partner · Estate planning and probate
Elliot writes plans people can actually read. He walks each client through what happens to the house, the accounts and the business, then puts it in writing without the padding that makes these documents feel unapproachable.
Associate · Small-business matters
Priya handles formations, contracts and lease reviews for shops, trades and studios around Kestrel Point. She reads the paperwork closely, flags the two or three terms that matter, and explains them in a phone call rather than a memo.

“Most legal problems get more expensive the longer they sit. The first conversation is the cheap one.”

In their words
The three quotes below are placeholders. Replace them with real client feedback or your own Google reviews, and check your state bar’s advertising rules first: most states have specific requirements for testimonials, including a disclaimer that results vary.
They told me in the first meeting which parts of my case were worth fighting and which were not. That saved me months and a great deal of money.
We put off writing a will for eleven years because it felt complicated. Two appointments and it was done, and I understood every page of it.
I sent over a lease on a Tuesday and had a call back Wednesday morning with the three clauses I should push on. My landlord agreed to two of them.
Call the office or send the form and we will find you a consultation slot this week.
